I ordered a standard nylon weight belt as a Christmas gift for my husband. I received an email letting me know that the black ones were out of stock, so I replied that a different color was fine. Next day I received another email letting me know that it was being shipped. This is how you run a business! If other companies would figure out that customer service and communication is key they would be more successful!
