This kit include four components that will allow the user to convert the previous style of the modular communication assembly into the current module. The current module uses a removable strip assembly which encourages rapid inspection, removal and installation of the earphone and microphone elements when necessary. Another one of the four components included in the kit is the new communications body that has thicker module walls, adding to the strength of the module.
